Michelle Flores Vryn, CFRE, is a strategic marketer and fundraiser with 15+ years of driving results across climate, education, and civic engagement. From major gifts to message strategy, she bridges brand and revenue to move missions forward.

Michelle co-founded the AI Equity Project and the Social Impact Staff Retention Project, two research ventures that sit squarely at the intersection of values-alignment and the future of work. Michelle frequently writes and speaks on building healthier nonprofit systems, is a Community-Centric Fundraising (CCF) Texas Chapter organizer and serves on the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Global Board of Directors.

“Building tomorrow by resourcing nonprofits today” isn’t just a slogan—it’s Michelle’s thesis. To her, nonprofits aren’t support acts. They’re the architects of what’s next. When she’s not strategizing for nonprofits, you can find her on long walks with her dogs, discussing business strategy with her endlessly patient husband, sharing nonprofit memes on LinkedIn, or practicing meditation.
