Michelle Flores Vryn, CFRE is a seasoned nonprofit marketing and fundraiser with 15+ years of experience. With a career spanning climate change and biodiversity, higher education, and civic engagement, her expertise ranges from major gifts and institutional giving to social media engagement and brand storytelling.
Michelle co-founded the AI Equity Project and the Social Impact Staff Retention Project, two research ventures that sit squarely at the intersection of values-alignment and the future of work. Michelle frequently writes and speaks on building healthier nonprofit systems, is a Community-Centric Fundraising (CCF) Texas Chapter organizer and serves on the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Global Board of Directors.
